Just 7 minutes’ drive from Watton, Phoenix House Bed & Breakfast is located in the quiet hamlet of The Arms, Little Cressingham close to the walking route Peddars Way, well-known to walkers and cyclists.
Phoenix House features a garden and FREE super fast Wi-Fi available throughout. Offering a garden view, each room comes with a flat-screen TV with DVD player, a seating area and tea and coffee making facilities. All rooms have an en suite bathroom with free toiletries, hairdryer and bathtub or shower.
